About me

Hi, I am Jessi. I love discovering or designing new things. When I’m not out and about in the world, I like to work with my hands in every conceivable way. I can get enthusiastic about new things very
quickly and then use all my creativity to achieve a great result.

I was hooked on my two passions, building and traveling, when I was very young and I spent the weekends either with my father in our workshop or sweeping across adventure playgrounds with my mother.

Test drive with our camper before we set off on the “big” trip. It’s a good thing I did that: The heating didn’t work properly and I had to take cold showers for several weeks.

For a long time I couldn’t quite put the two things together, but during my studies it became increasingly clear.

I would leave the beaten track and start searching for my own place in the world. Where would my path take me? I have no idea! But it feels damn good. I finished my degree, because that’s what you do. In the meantime, I dreamed myself to the other side of the world. “Alongside” (actually more like full-time), I worked with my partner to turn a yellow, former construction vehicle into a camper.

At times it was hard, exhausting and the end so often seemed unattainable (how often did we answer the question: “and what did you do this morning?” with “screwed in two screws” or “laid a cable”).
But we persevered and now I (my partner part-time) live in our home on four wheels.

Together with my street dog Frieda, I now explore the world and look forward to accompanying you on your personal journey.
